About me
I have been practicing and teaching Aikido and the Feldenkrais Method for 15 years. The two methods, which are closely linked, have had a powerful effect on my body and mind; the Feldenkrais Method helped me tremendously with severe back pain and Aikido changed my physical connection with the world. I trained with Miles Kessler Sensei Aikdio for years and received my Sandan (3rd Dan black belt) from him. I trained Feldenkrais with Basil Glazer, Rachel Elazar and Ilan Jacobson .
For me, the two methods are two sides of the same coin and I teach both almost simultaneously.
